A qualified attorney admitted to the High Court of South Africa, Lezanne has broad expertise worked across South Africa, the UK, Guernsey, and Germany with both listed and non-listed entities.
She is Chartered Governance Professional, and Fellow of the Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland. She has received numerous accolades, including the Best Overall Results for the Chartered Governance Qualifying Programme in 2023 (June exam period) and the STEP Excellence Award in 2021.
